Jungle Retreat is located among the foothills of the lofty Nilgiri Hills, skirting the Mudumalai Forest Reserve and Wild Life National Park. The landscape in the immediate vicinity rises from 3000 to 6500 feet, offering a unique and vast variety of vegetation, birds and animals.
